- Although we make every effort to assure that product descriptions and availability are correct, we cannot guarantee that product information (such colors, prices, or availability) are flawless.
SECTION 4.1 Refund/ exchange Policy

Pakistani Orders
1-We are happy to exchange any Unstitched unworn item returned in a saleable condition in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 07 days of delivery2-You can return the Item on our given address after brand’s representative confirmation
3- Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.
4-Sale items are not eligible for exchange or Return.
5-Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
6-Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.
7-We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.
8- Stitched can never be refund or exchange
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1- An order can't be cancelled after 24hrs or if it is in process, however if a customer wishes to cancel an order Due to Any Reason , 50% will be deducted as a processing fee.
2-We do not offer returns and exchanges on any of our International orders Including US as we are based In Pakistan
WE SALE HAND-CRAFTED PRODUCTS
1. We do not accept returns For International orders as we are opreating from Pakistan.
2. Our products are hand embroidered and therefore delicate and breakable in their usage, while having a 15%-20% variation possibility.
By placing an order on our website, you accept the possibility of variation compared to the images provided on this website. Every effort is made to ensure minimal variation.
3. The actual color of a product may vary slightly from the image shown due to light variation at the time of photography and/or due to the way digital media devices display colors and also the designer's, Photoshop editing, Model pictures.
4. At times beading/ sequins may get displaced and this is not thought of as a fault but it is due to the nature of the handmade work. We are not to be held responsible for the variation of beading/sequins displacement.
5. We will not be responsible for any claims or liable for any damages caused by washing.
We do not offer cash refunds. We do offer online store credit (coupon) of the same value valid for any future purchase.
6. Handcrafted and Made-to-Order ( custom stitched ) items are not eligible for returns. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
