Refund policy

    1. Pakistani Orders

      1-We are happy to exchange any Unstitched unworn item returned in a saleable condition in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 07 days of delivery 

    2-You can return the Item on our given address after brand’s representative confirmation

    3- Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure.

    4-Sale items are not eligible for exchange or Return.

    5-Please note that the product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.

    6-Exchange for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item will have to be paid by the customer.

    7-We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.

    8- Stitched can never be refund or exchange

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    1- An order can't be cancelled after 24hrs or if it is in process, however if a customer wishes to cancel an order Due to Any Reason , 50%  will be deducted as a processing fee.

    Refund & Return Policy – BoorbanAll Boorban products are made-to-order, hand-embroidered, and custom stitched. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstance, including international orders to the US, UK, and other countries.By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    • No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges:
      We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any international orders. This applies if you change your mind, do not like the product, or believe it does not match the model image.
    • Handcrafted Nature & Variation
      Our products are handcrafted with delicate embroidery, beads, and sequins. There may be a 15-20% variation in color, design, and placement compared to website images due to lighting, photography, Photoshop editing, fabric dye lots, and handmade work. Minor displacement of beads/sequins is not considered a defect. This is inherent to handmade work.

    • Change of Mind / Not Liked / Not as Described 
      We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind after placing the order.
      If you believe the product does not look the same as the model image, this is not a valid reason for refund or return.
      Product appearance can vary due to lighting, photography, Photoshop editing, fabric dye lots, and the fact that every handmade item is unique. Images on our website are for representation purposes only.
      By confirming your order, you accept that the product received may have minor differences and you still agree to keep it.
    • Color & Display Variation
      Actual product color may vary slightly from images shown due to lighting during photography, screen settings, and digital display differences.
    • Care & Damage:
      We are not responsible for any damage caused by washing, dry cleaning, or improper care. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order.
    • Customer Responsibility
      We recommend reviewing all product details, measurements, and policies carefully before confirming your order. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
